Faith for Skeptics is a project for people who want the benefits traditionally associated with faith—meaning, purpose, peace, connection, and emotional healing—without having to believe anything they cannot honestly accept. It explores how to live a meaningful, grounded life using insights from psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, and lived experience.

Faith for Skeptics tends to resonate with:
atheists and agnostics
people burned by religion
spiritually curious skeptics
high-achieving overthinkers
anyone who wants meaning without dogma
This is for people who:
have outgrown simplistic atheism or simplistic religion, but still want a meaningful life
love self-help and personal growth
have had at least one existential wobble
and/or want to live well without lying to themselves

No. Faith for Skeptics is not a religion, belief system, or movement. There are no doctrines, rituals, leaders, or memberships. Nothing to join. Nothing to convert to. It’s simply a set of ideas, practices, and reflections for people who are curious about living well without pretending to be certain.
-
No. Belief is not required. You can be atheist, agnostic, spiritual-but-not-religious, unsure, or somewhere in between.
-

-
No. Faith for Skeptics is not here to attack religion or believers. Many religious traditions contain profound wisdom about human psychology, suffering, love, and meaning. This project simply explores whether those benefits can be accessed without requiring traditional belief.

I don’t know yet.
I’m writing it carefully, honestly, and without rushing it into something it’s not. Which feels very on-brand for a project about living without pretending to be certain. But yes—it’s coming.
If you’d like to be the first to know when it’s available, you can leave your email and I’ll send you a one-time update when the release date is locked.

Oh yeah but not the “10 steps to fix yourself” kind. Faith for Skeptics is less about optimization and more about acceptance, awareness, and learning how to live well inside reality as it actually is.
